Lunch today: Pizza or Crispitos, and rice crispy treat

 

5th & 6th grades: You will not be permitted to play football or any other contact sport such as tag, or other game in which you have to touch another person. This rule is for before school, during recess, or any other time on our campus during school hours. We have had too many injuries. This will stay in effect until further notice.

 

Today is IPOD lunch day for Pennies for Patients. You will need to donate $2.00, to listen to the IPOD. You MUST have a sticker to do this from a teacher.

 

Mrs. Strahan needs to meet with STUCO Officers as soon as they finish their lunch today

 

6th grade is having a sale on their hats: They are selling the 3 choices of hats for $8.00 each. See Mrs. Evans if you would like to buy one.

 

Also, EAST lab is sponsoring a Miss & Mr. PGMS Pageant. If you would like to participate in this pageant, the sign-up sheets are on the table outside the office door. Return these forms to the EAST classroom.

 

Spring pictures have been passed out- if your parents decide to buy them or some of them, bring the money to the office. If they decide not to buy, I need the pictures returned to the office. ASAP! After Spring break I will start calling the ones who haven’t turned either in.

 

Yearbooks are now on sale.  They are $32. for a plain yearbook and $35. for a name stamped yearbook.  Deadline is TODAY.

Tuesday, Mar. 23rd

 

Tiger Times, our school newspaper, is now online.  You can go to the 8th Grade Main Page on the middle school home page.  Click on Tiger Times to view the paper.

 

Reminder about our window clings—Prairie Grove Middle School* Where We Expect Success and Nothing Less*     $2.00 each, come to the office to buy them between classes.

Also, we have pencils to sell in the office. Come only between classes to buy…pencils are a dime.

                                                      

Students if you have been absent you must bring a note from your parents to be excused for the absence. If you don’t bring a note then you don’t have to come to the office, we will not be giving out admit slips any longer. Teachers will look on line to check for excused or unexcused names.

 Also, if you are planning to ride home from school with a friend on a bus, you must bring a note from your parents giving permission. You must bring the note to the office the morning of the day you plan to go home with your friend to get the ok from the bus barn.
